Established since July 2009, Who’s Bryan is a warm and distinctively contemporary restaurant featuring special brew coffee, western food and famous local flavors such as fried rice. Open, elegant, and filled with light, Who’s Bryan is a good place to eat or just relax with friends.
So Who's Bryan actually? Well, Bryan is the founder/owner of the restaurant. He studied culinary arts in Singapore for 5 years and has many years of culinary experience with local as well as overseas hotels. With his passion and the mission to bring his best cooking and culinary skills to serve his hometown folks, he has decided to come back and setup this restaurant.
Every single dish in this restaurant is brainchild of Bryan. The specially designed menu changes every 6-9 months (currently the menu is in its 4th edition) to further enhance the dining experience. He set very high standards in the food preparation process and emphasis on the quality of the food. As a result, Who’s Bryan is getting more and more popular everyday. As at today, Who’s Bryan has established himself as the fine kitchen for all the folks in Raja Uda. This make it a unique place for family dining, friends hang out, parties and celebration or simply a getaway dinning from the busy crowded city.
Some example of the type of cuisine offered at the restaurant are salad, soup, chicken, seafood, red meat, pasta, burgers, sandwiches, rice and desserts; there are also hot and cold coffee drinks, tea, chocolate, smoothies, fruit juices, milkshakes and special drinks, etc.
